Bond certificates issued

The Ministry of Finance will issue 35 billion yuan in bonds during March,
2005. The total includes three-year bonds with an annual rate of 3.37%
and five-year bonds at 3.81%. Due to the bond's high credit rating,
safety and reasonable interest rate, buyers anxiously lined up at banks
early in the morning.
