HK-Shanghai joint investment promotion seminar

The first-ever Hong Kong-Shanghai joint investment promotion seminar,
organized by Invest Hong Kong of the government of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the Shanghai Municipal Government
Foreign Economic Relation and Trade Commission (SMERT) was held in Tokyo
yesterday. This is the first time Shanghai and Hong Kong have joined
hands to organize a promotional activity outside of China. The photo
shows Mr. Pan Longqing (R), the Chairman of SMERT, and Mr. Mike Rowse
(L), the Director-General of Investment Promotion at Invest Hong Kong,
delivering a keynote speech on the infinite business opportunities and
market potential of Hong Kong-Shanghai cooperation.
