www.chinanews.cn 2005-02-03 15:19:20
On February 2, a postman who recently moved to Xinxian in Chongqing's
Yunyang County from the Three Gorges Reservoir area was displaying the
gold edition stamps specially issued for the year of the rooster. With
only 300 released, this book of Chinese Zodiac stamps was published by
the Chongqing Postal Office as New Year greetings to the eight reservoir
districts. It was learned that this commemorative stamp book for the year
of the rooster contained the highest gold content among those so far
published in the reservoir area.
