23.1m broadband user

(Mar.27, 2005) According to statistics released by iSuppli, a market
research institute in California, the number of broadband users in China
grew by 12 million to 23.1 million, more than doubling over the previous
year. It is estimated that by 2008 the number of China's broadband users
will reach 77 million.
